General Terms and Conditions
The following General Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the seller and the buyer regarding delivery, warranty, returns, and product claims.
1. Unloading Responsibility
The recipient is responsible for unloading. Unloading must be completed within one hour; otherwise, additional charges will apply.
2. Delivery to Non-Bridged Islands
For deliveries to non-bridged islands, the shipping price is determined on a case-by-case basis. Customers must contact Wooden-me LTD before completing their order to receive a quotation.

4. Delivery Time and Shipping
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times:
- Hot tubs: 1-3 weeks
- Barbecue cabins, pavilions, outdoor saunas, camping cabins: 2-6 weeks
- Log cabins: 2-9 weeks (custom modifications may take 8-26 weeks; please inquire)
- Garages, carports : 3-8 weeks
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed for a specific date or time. Updates on delivery schedules will be provided in the days leading up to shipment.
5. Inspection Upon Delivery
To ensure your satisfaction, please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported:
- Check and count all items immediately upon delivery.
- Report defects before assembly and no later than 8 days after delivery.
- For transport damage, take photos and email Wooden-me LTD with documentation.
- If receiving hot tubs, remove the outer wrapping and inspect before accepting the delivery.
6. Liability for Assembly and Quality Control
If the product is delivered unassembled, the buyer is responsible for:
- Ensuring that all materials are in good condition.
- Properly assembling the product, including ensuring the structure, roof, and sealing are correct.
7. Transport Damage
Any visible transport damage must be recorded on the transport document (CMR) upon delivery. Additionally:
- Notify Wooden-me LTD via email with photo documentation.
- Hot tubs must be checked immediately at delivery. Any damage must be photographed before moving the tub.
8. Complaints and Warranty
According to consumer law, you have a 24-month warranty on all items. Within this period, you may be eligible for:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Full refund (depending on the situation)
Warranty Conditions:
- Applies only to defects in materials or manufacturing.
- Does not cover damages caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, or poor maintenance.
- Untreated wooden products (cabins, houses, hot tubs) must be treated internally and externally with suitable protective coating to maintain the warranty.
9. Repairs
If repairs are needed (under warranty or otherwise), the product must be freely accessible. Example: hot tubs and sauna barrels must have clear access both inside and out.
10. Filing a Complaint
To file a complaint:

- Provide your order or invoice number.
- Include clear photo documentation of the issue.
11. Compensation Limitations
In case of compensation, the maximum reimbursement amount cannot exceed the original factory value of the part (e.g., a window, a pump, a beam). If replacement parts are supplied, no additional compensation is provided.
12. Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies to goods specially manufactured for the customer.
13. Product Risk and Usage
Once a product is delivered, the buyer assumes full responsibility, including:
- Ensuring proper storage and maintenance.
14. Contract and Legal Agreements
Purchase agreements are documented in English. A copy can be requested via email.
15. Pricing and Payment
- All prices include VAT.
- Full payment is required before production starts unless otherwise agreed.
- If production exceeds 4 weeks, payment can be made in two parts: 50% upfront and 50% before shipment.
